FAQs
Will my windows dry without water marks?
Yes, absolutely.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
4-weekly if you have new windows and you want to protect the frames and sills against acidic insect and bird droppings or from hard water deposits.
6-weekly if you want the glass to be clean but the frames are not a priority.
8-weekly if you want to wait until the windows are visibly dirty before cleaning them.
Do you still clean in the rain?
Yes — light rain does not affect the quality of pure water cleaning. Heavy rain, thunderstorms or unsafe conditions may lead us to reschedule.
Can you clean leaded or decorative glass?
Yes — we clean these carefully with soft-bristle brushes to avoid damage.
What is ‘pure water’?
Pure water is water that has gone through a process known as Reverse Osmosis to remove all minerals and impurities, leaving only pure H₂O.
Is there anything that is not included?
Any kind of stain that cannot be cleaned with water is excluded. This is because some stains bond to the surface and need specialised treatments that are not a part of regular window cleaning. Examples include: insect dropping marks, hard water stains, deteriorated rubber seal stains, glue, hardened egg, cement, etc.
